Welcome to Kaught on Kanvas! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Kaught on Kanvas. Kaught on Kanvas operates this store and website, including all related content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”) to provide you with a curated shopping experience. The Services are powered by Shopify.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services. By using or accessing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Products

We strive for accurate representations of our products, but colors, appearance, and sizing may vary due to screen settings or printing processes. Product descriptions may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Orders are not confirmed until we accept and process payment. Please check your order carefully before submitting, as cancellations may not be accommodated after acceptance.
Orders are for personal use only and not for commercial resale or export.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are as displayed at checkout and may change without notice. They exclude shipping, taxes, and customs fees, unless explicitly stated.
You agree to provide accurate billing, payment, and account information and to pay all amounts due, including shipping and applicable taxes.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Switzerland: 2–5 business days

  • EU: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of the world: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only. Title and risk pass to you once items leave our warehouse. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. International customers may be responsible for customs, duties, or taxes.

6. Returns & Refunds

Switzerland: No statutory right of withdrawal exists. We do not accept returns or exchanges except for defective or incorrectly delivered items.

EU Customers: You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for non-customized items. Custom or personalized artworks are non-returnable.

Rest of the World: No automatic right of withdrawal exists. Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrectly delivered items.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, images, designs, and artwork on this site are owned by Kaught on Kanvas or its licensors. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or display content without prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Feedback

By submitting feedback, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide license to use it for any purpose. Feedback must be your own, lawful, and not infringe third-party rights.

9. Errors, Inaccuracies, Omissions

We may correct errors or update information without notice, including pricing, product descriptions, or availability.
